Buying tickets for Rural Alchemy Events

Rural Alchemy uses third party software to manage ticketing for events. Please see the relevant terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third party website for further information. We do not take responsibility for your use of the third party website.

Tickets must be paid for, in full, before your order can be accepted, and will be confirmed by the third-party provider by email, to the email address you provide when making the booking.

We encourage you to attend our events and bring your friends and family, but please be aware that by purchasing tickets on their behalf, you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons in your group and you acknowledge that all members of the group agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, tickets will be refunded in full. In all other circumstances, Rural Alchemy offers a 30-day refund policy. No other refunds will be given.
